Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Wow, super quick delivery for Italy, I wasn't expecting it for a few more weeks! Mouse connected to a Ubuntu Linux netbook straight away, though I had to reduce pointer speed by quite a lot to work comfortably with it. Looks like a great buy that I can put in my shirt top pocket to help write code when out and about. Let's hope it doesn't rapidly deteriorate (particularly the switch contacts) like many cheap mice do! :D Thanks!

Great Mouse… Very good, only N equals the original with several features, but perfect P who only uses the simple.
Cool mouse, instructions in English. Means to connect a mouse laptop include Bluetooth, to bend the mouse, hold two buttons together within 6 seconds and it will be visible on the laptop. Only for mouse need botoreyki.

received the item on 14Jan, tried it for 2 days already . product was received in good condition, well packed in a box. Connection was a breeze and once connected, it works very reliably. the only thing i found a pity is it is not as quiet as i hope it would be so i can use it at night without the clicking noise. In all fairness, can't really fault that as it never was said to be a quiet mouse. All in all, a good product, was pleasantly surprised! I will not hesitate to order again if i need another mouse.
